Will they be up? Yes. The real question is just how many times will they be up.

Facts of life:

Death...
Taxes...
On patch day...
- there is always extended maintenance
- said maintenance always goes over schedule
- when you are finally able to get on your add-ons will fail
- members / apps that "left" once they got geared will "return"
- new instances will lag
This will all happen again for 3.2 and the troll raid...

troll raid? you mean we get Zul'Again : Stop the evil troll clan again due to them doing something evil and your efforts last time had no effect on them as a people

The giant temple in NE Zul'Drak is purely cosmetic.

there is always a troll instance at some point in these expansions.

why are we always off killing trolls anyway?

however I doubt that the big temple looking building at Gundrak is going to be a raid instance.
