I've Got a Flying Machine! seems to have problems with having a working grappling hook.

Seeds of the Blacksouled Keepers the Spore bug out in evade mode, the ones that are at full health aren't bugged, use those.

The birdcage for Falcon Versus Hawk doesn't activate regularly if it is on your hotbar. I found I needed to manually operate it from within my bag, though for some, taking it off the bar and putting it back on fixed it.
