Why would you ever need such a monstrosity? And am I the only one who thinks watercooling your computer just has to lead to disaster eventually?

not if its the reactor comp. That one is submerged in a type of mineral oil.

They don't actually use water, it's a non-conductive fluid. You can pour it all over you electronics, wait for it to dry, and it will be fine.
